Meltech’s joint venture ACTS/MELTECH, JV was recently awarded the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) General Construction, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Washington. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MACC, Firm Fixed Price. 8(a) MACC General Construction, for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair projects for NAVFAC Washington area of responsibility (Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia).

This important program was for construction type projects with task orders ranging from $100K – $4M. The solicitation resulted in up to six (6) MACC awards. The contracts will be for 12 months (base year) and four (4) one-year option periods. The estimated max value for all contracts is $99M. This competition was set-aside for 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Baltimore District Office, SBA Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, and SBA Richmond District Office. Meltech received the award thru our mentor protégé joint venture, ACTS/MELTECH.
